Here’s how we composed the Hyundai art, piece by piece, layer by layer. OK, this is speeded up quite a bit… it took ages!

Maxim are a good bunch. We did this fun cut-out piece last week, reflecting all the quirky qualities of 8 different countries… if you think you live in a shit-hole, take a look at these other countries. You kinda need the full article to appreciate all the little digs and associate each country to their icons, but all the more reason to go and buy a copy, eh!? Oh, and yes that is Joan Rivers head on a dogfish body. How many studios get that written into their brief .
Patience and skill in abundance.
Did I mention we do a lot of work for charridy, mate? Here’s a cheeky little number we did for Planned Parenthood. Hand-drawn, with paper cut-outs, then photographed, with some delicious type added at the end.

We recently completed a stunning project for Wrigleys Lifesavers which went live last week in Times Square.
Commissioned by the lovely people at DDB, Vault49 created this hand-crafted piece of art from scratch. We started with a clay mold for the swingset (complete with white-sprayed 9 carat gold chain – count the carats!), laser-cut typography and background in collaboration with Ben Wilkinson-Raemer, and finally all photographed by our very own Michael Creagh.
This project was a timely reminder of just how fantastic it can be to make a living doing this, and we’re going to be doing a lot more to develop this side of the Vault49 portfolio in the coming months.

Earlier in the month we created this great graphic brand identity and illustration for ClubCard, the first universal and instant Retail Rewards club. This is the beginning of a long-term relationship with a great client – look out for more in the series including a planned Vault49 animation .

Taking our isometric experiments to the next level – hand-drawn, pieced together as cut-outs, layered up and photographed by Michael Creagh. Nice.

Nobody messes with psycho-owl…

Damn, we’ve so much new work coming through at the moment. There’s probably 20 or so new projects to upload to our website including some bad-ass work for Blackberry, Pathe, NHL, Bacardi, Colette, Artful Dodger… and nuff more self-initiated stuff too innit.
Our new website is going to launch later this month and we’re saving a major update for then. We’ve been busy and are excited to show you what’s been going on…
