In many ways, our client work drives us forward, yet we never forget the importance of challenging ourselves. Whether we pursue experiments individually or as a studio, we encourage and support all team members to pursue their vision in whatever form that might take. It allows the whole studio to keep innovating.

Vault49 has a proud history as trendsetters, but we wanted to see what would happen if we took a readily available grid structure and develop a creative approach to make it unmistakably Vault49.

The isometric grid is used by engineers, architects, mathematicians and game designers to create graphic representations of three-dimensional objects and their relationship to one another. We gave ourselves the task of using the grid to make something new, something uniquely Vault49.

Adhering the formality of the grid, but also daring to break the lines when it feels right, we found a style that made us smile and attracted the interest of several clients, as well. Like all of our experiments, this remains a work in progress.
