O2 Value Templates
Brief
Working alongside Brando, O2's talented Dublin agency, our brief was to create retail value print templates for their myriad of offers, while ensuring customers could differentiate between them.
O2 is a major European tele-communications provider with broad media requirements, and the templates would need to work as sweet on a billboard as on small press ad.
Solution
Taking inspiration from our fond student memories of bargain shopping and value entertainment, Vault49 developed a series of four exquisitely crafted set designs, and a visual vocabulary toolkit of set elements to be used as a guideline and resource for future in-house executions.
The handmade icons set within mini sale window displays keeps true to O2’s core brand values and aesthetic, while adding an extra dollop of Vault49 charm for good measure.
After many late nights and days of glue guns, tins of resin, bags of glitter, paper, dangerous scissors and Dunkin’ Donuts, the handcrafted artwork was ready to be photographed on our almighty Hasselblad.
The result is a template featuring numerous elements that can mixed-and-matched according to the campaign message, and all wrapped up in a unifying visual language. There's more to value than discount pies and out-of-date crumpets!
