Located in the heart of Manhattan, New York City, Vault49's studio is spectacularly located with an unobscured view overlooking Madison Park.

We're also right in middle of a stunning triangle of architectural design history, with three of the world's previous tallest buildings in full glorious view: the Flatiron building, the old Met Life building, and of course the Empire State Building.

Our office was designed with team interaction in mind, and we wanted to maintain plenty of open space for large-scale projects.

The desks are in a line so there's easy interaction. Throughout the day chairs will glide up and down the office as we all critique and interact with each other's work.

Our design studio is constantly adapting as our team grows and evolves.

Our work area has been sculpted from reclaimed bowling alley floor, and if you get your aim right you can roll a ball across several desks in a row and wreck a few designs in progress.

The conference room, overlooking Madison Park. The table is an early 20th century cast iron and wooden plank craftsman's desk.

There's an eye-watering story of how we got that table into the building and up to the 5th floor.

Our portfolio is rich with set design, installation, and still-life work, so no Vault49 studio would be complete without a dedicated photographic studio.

We keep on hand a wide array of modeling props and high quality photographic equipment ready for tethered shooting, and with plenty of space to spill over.

The Thinker's corner?
