We recently had the pleasure of welcoming the 2026 cohort of D&AD Shift into the Vault49 studio for an evening of conversation, creativity, and hands-on making.
Shift, now celebrating its tenth year, is an award-winning industry-led program supporting people without traditional training as they enter the creative industry. What stayed with us most was hearing the variety of journeys that led each Shifter to the program. Different backgrounds, different perspectives, different motivations, all connected by a shared creative drive. A powerful reminder that there is no single route into this industry, and that is exactly what makes it interesting.
